Summary of Position
The Associate Campus Director of Small Groups is tasked with casting and maintaining the vision of small groups at The Summit Church in cooperation with the Small Groups team. They are responsible for the Small Group ministry of The Summit Church and serve as the primary point of connection for community and membership needs at the West Cary Campus.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, as required of all church employees.
- Is a self starter, but at the same time operates in a team context
- Administrative gifting with strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Has a teachable spirit and eagerness to learn.
- Discretion in handling personal and confidential information
- Ability to catalyze by forming relationships inside the campus
- A member of The Summit Church or willing and able to become a member
