Associate Center Manager

You will work closely with your team to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing sales activities, training and mentoring team members, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will also be expected to work on weekends and be comfortable with both straight and split shifts, depending on business needs. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, possess good communication skills in English, and be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
