Associate Chief of Staff - Strategy

Your role

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff across strategic, operational, and communications activities.
  • You will operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership support, communications, and execution, gaining visibility across strategic priorities and senior-management activities.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Strategy / Chief of Staff, including agenda planning, meeting preparation, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate meetings and leadership forums across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the right participants, materials, decisions, and actions are in place.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications.
  • Track key priorities, actions, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Interface with Portfolio / PMO teams to track strategic priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and progress, helping surface issues and support timely escalation
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, to improve collaboration, information flow, and execution.
  • Apply Power Automate, AI, and other automation approaches pragmatically to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance ways of working.

Who you are

  • You bring a strong combination of analytical rigor, communication excellence, and operational reliability. You are comfortable moving between strategy, leadership support, coordination, and execution — and you take ownership of your work from start to finish.
  • You have 2–8 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business management, communications, PMO, or a comparable corporate function, with a track record of delivering high-quality work independently.
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Practical experience with Power Automate or similar productivity and automation tools is an advantage.
  • You are comfortable exploring and applying AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, structure information, draft materials, automate routine activities, and enhance ways of working.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise leadership and stakeholder communications and translate complex topics into compelling materials for diverse audiences.
  • You have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and develop well-reasoned recommendations.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or momentum.
  • You have a proactive and ownership-driven approach to work — able to anticipate needs, take initiative, coordinate effectively, and follow through on tasks and projects without step-by-step direction.
  • You demonstrate strong meeting and coordination skills, including the ability to prepare effectively, capture clear decisions and actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • You are comfortable working across functions and engaging with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Experience in a multinational or complex corporate environment, with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic or PMO-related activities, is an advantage.
