About this opportunity
The ClinCheck Excellence Manager is responsible for offering ClinCheck support and working to guide doctors on their ClinCheck treatment plan set up and detail with expertise. This role is to build Invisalign providers’ clinical confidence and competencies by demonstrating the clinical application through giving guidance and support to doctors’ own cases.
This role can be based in either Australia or New Zealand provided the minimum registration requirements associated with the role are met.
In this role, you will…
- Assist customers to assess their Invisalign cases and provide guidance on suitability based on Align’s predictability guidelines
- Support the ClinCheck review process for general dentists who are Invisalign providers through providing guidance and practical tips and tricks that can be applied to their ClinCheck plans to help provide doctors a more predictable ClinCheck set up
- Address customer questions relating to the features of ClinCheck software and ClinCheck treatment plans as provided on the customer’s Invisalign Doctor Site (IDS).
- Assist customers with new functions related to ClinCheck software
- Conduct customer training use of ClinCheck software
- Provide feedback as a core member of projects for treatment planning, clinical support model projects or any other projects that require product or clinical input.
- Engage and influence cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign providers
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through all processes relevant to the role
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, where applicable
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
In this role, you’ll need …
- Required: Bachelor of Dental Science (or equivalent)
- Must have current registration with Dental Board of Australia and current AHPRA registration be at least 8 years of working experience
- 1-2 years of experience is in a corporate environment would be viewed advantageously
- At least 2 years of Invisalign patient treatment planning and management or in a role which provides ClinCheck software support
- Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge
- Experience in training dentists/orthodontists
- Proficient in English
- Effective communication and presentation skill
- Regular business hours. Some outside hours in evenings and weekends, and travelling may be required from time to time
