Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience and supervision hours)

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • 1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
  • Excellent time management skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
