Associate Clinical Therapist

We are currently seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic services through individual, family, and/or couples counseling. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a supportive, team-oriented practice with strong leadership and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to support continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution
- Current and valid LMSW or LPC Associate license in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, adults, or couples
- Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working with military families or familiarity with military culture
