Associate Coach (Adjunct Trainer)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Associate Coaches (Adjunct Trainers) to conduct interactive workshops for primary and secondary school students. You will deliver engaging programmes that develop students' public speaking, communication, confidence, leadership and essential soft skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and enrichment programmes in schools.
Facilitate engaging activities, discussions and presentations.
Inspire students to build confidence, communication and interpersonal skills.
Manage classroom participation and create a positive learning environment.
Prepare for assigned workshops and complete basic programme reports.
Work closely with schools and programme coordinators to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
Experience in training, teaching, coaching, facilitation or youth development is preferred.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Passion for working with children and youths.
Energetic, engaging and able to connect with students.
Able to travel to schools across Singapore.
Working Arrangement
Adjunct / Freelance / Part-Time, $60-200/hr
Flexible weekday assignments based on programme schedules.
Training materials to be provided by the applicant.
