Summary
A medical specialist provides clinical care and consulting in a Singapore hospital department such as radiology or surgery, requiring board certification and local registration.

- Microbiology (TB Lab)
- Otorhinolaryngology / ENT
Requirements
- Basic Medical Degree with relevant post-graduate qualification such as FRCA, FANZCA, MRCP/FRCP, FRCR, FRACS, MRCPCH, MRCOG, etc. recognised by the Singapore Medical Council
- Completed specialty training and obtained CCT or Board Certifications, and is eligible for accreditation as a Specialist in Singapore
- Registered as a specialist in their current practice place and have at least 2 years of relevant experience from the date of specialist registration
- Those without CCT but have recognized basic medical degree or postgraduate qualifications are eligible for Resident Physician or Staff Registrar position
