Associate, Content & Onboarding
- Onboard restaurants and create menus with accurate descriptions, pricing, and dish-level photos in line with SOP guidelines.
- Process and update restaurant menu change requests within the defined SLA.
- Manage menu-related projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Communicate with and guide restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process on the foodpanda platform.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure menu accuracy and strong operational performance.
- The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools and be tech-savvy.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus.
