Summary
Oversee vendor onboarding, device recovery, and contract checks for a logistics-focused company, while leading device-related projects and training sessions.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes.
- Handle device recovery and collection.
- Perform contract quality checks.
- Resolve transmission issues.
- Support vendor training (face-to-face and online).
- Lead device-related projects (e.g., Zombie Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
