We are looking for

  • The ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years experience from a private law firm, solid drafting skills and experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities.
  • Public company experience required with broad transactional experience an asset.
  • The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.
