Associate Counsel- Corporate, Commercial & Real Estate Law
About the Opportunity
We're looking for an established lawyer in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law to join us as Associate Counsel. This isn't a traditional associate role — you'd be bringing your own book of business and running it independently, while we take care of the infrastructure, admin, and overhead that usually eats into a lawyer's time.
If you already work with a support person or assistant, we're happy to talk about bringing them on board too.
Who We're Looking For
At least 3 years practicing law in BC
An established, independent practice with your own client base
Experience in corporate, commercial, or real estate law (or some combination of the three)
Someone who wants more time practicing law and less time on the business of running a practice
