Associate - Data Analytics (AI/ Machine Learning)

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, generate insights, and develop data-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Design, build, and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI models to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical frameworks, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data specialists to implement and optimize AI/ML initiatives and analytical products.
• Monitor model performance, validate results, and continuously refine methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.
• Promote data-driven best practices, share knowledge across teams, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and risk management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and deriving actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud-based data platforms, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
