  • Free Drinks & Snacks
  • Social Events such as poker night, happy hour, birthday parties and more

What you will do

Listed below are the hard‑skills that would fit well in our current team setup:

  • Ability to implement backend services that will be running in AlikeAudience controlled environments or customer environments as managed or self‑managed services
  • Understand the nature of distributed systems of modern architecture and implement systems that are resilient to service disruptions

In AlikeAudience, we care about you as a person more than your previous experience in a specialised role. We look for candidates based on who they are as a person, and their potential, not their previous achievements. Listed in the following is what we are looking for:

  • Willing to put in the effort to learn new concepts and not being afraid of working in an unfamiliar environment
  • Ability to write code in Python comfortably and efficiently; knowledge of PySpark will be considered favourably
  • Open to working in a small team and ready to take on meaningful work early on in your career
  • Good communication skills; ability to explain concepts in understandable English
  • A good team player who understands that collaboration can lead to better results than doing everything by oneself
  • Self‑motivated, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
