Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL and Data Warehousing to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data warehouse solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Build and maintain data pipelines.
- Design dimensional data models (Star and Snowflake schemas).
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
- Knowledge of indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning.
- Basic Python scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ClickHouse
