B2 Associate Delivery Manager on Temporary Promotion/Temporary Level Transfer in Social Security Scotland

Social Security Scotland are seeking an Associate Delivery Manager to sit within the End-to-End Delivery Team.

The End-to-End Delivery Space is a relatively new area within Digital, Delivery and Change. The unit aims to foster a digitally enabled and client centric ecosystem that drives innovation, enhances collaboration, delivers sustainable business value and a seamless, compliant and client-focused service by operationalising policy and legislation effectively, ensuring successful implementation through strong partnerships with Corporate, Scottish Government Policy and other delivery partners.

The End-to-End Client journey ensures the prioritisation, coordination and execution of complex digital products and services across Change and Digital Delivery for client journey service areas (verticals) and benefit service (horizontals). It aligns service roadmaps, manages dependencies, balancing costs with delivery efficiencies and business value.

The Associate Delivery Manager will support the successful delivery of products and business change initiatives by coordinating activities, managing stakeholders and helping to ensure delivery objectives are achieved. They will work closely with delivery teams across End-to-End, the Associate Delivery Manager is a key and integral part of this team as we look to move forward on this journey.

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will support business-as-usual activities across the end-to-end client journey. You will work alongside Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams who are delivering complex digital and business change portfolio initiatives. You’ll drive towards progress at pace and to agreed timescales; managing competing priorities, removing blockers and planning at a higher level to ensure key deliverables are met on time.
