Legal associate in Singapore’s corporate real estate team drafts and negotiates land-use contracts and transaction documents while advising clients on commercial arrangements.
Dentons Rodyk is seeking an Associate with 2 to 3 years’ PQE to assist the Corporate Real Estate Department.
Successful candidate will be part of a team providing legal support in fast-paced work structuring, negotiating and drafting real estate land rights and land use contracts and transaction negotiations. Candidate will be trained on the job to work with details of commercial arrangements and documents and engaging clients and counter parties on them. Drafting experience will be an advantage. Some conveyancing background can be helpful but not essential. Candidate should have been called to the Singapore Bar.
