Associate DevOps Support Engineer
Summary
Support and deploy updates for DevOps tools, automate tasks with Python/Bash, and build dashboards to integrate systems.
- Deploy products/projects updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop internal dashboards and software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related field
Job Specifications:
- Fresher to 6 months experience in DevOps
- Good knowledge of Python, Bash and MERN
- Basic knowledge of databases like MongoDB, SQ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good problem-solving skills
