POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for an Associate Analytics Director who can bridge sophisticated analytics and client decision-making. This role will be approximately 60% client-facing, partnering directly with clients to understand business questions, shape analytical approaches, present findings, and translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
The right person will bring strong statistical and analytical knowledge, but just as importantly, they’ll be an exceptional communicator. They should be comfortable digging into methodology, pressure-testing whether an analytical approach makes sense, and understanding the nuances behind the numbers. But they also know when to step out of the technical details, identify what matters most, and clearly articulate what the data means, why it matters, and what the client should do next.
You’re someone clients trust with the numbers and trust in the room. You can confidently lead conversations with senior stakeholders, anticipate questions, and turn sophisticated analysis into a compelling business story without hiding behind technical language.
Internally, you’ll help raise the quality of the Analytics team’s work by bringing a strong point of view to methodology, storytelling, and client-ready deliverables. You’ll also take ownership of key client relationships, allowing the Head of Analytics to delegate accounts and analytical workstreams with confidence.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
