Key Responsibilities

Support architecture and solution design for tokenisation and Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
Contribute to integration design across:
- Core banking systems
- Payment infrastructure
- Treasury and operational systems
Support the development of custody, wallet, and reserve asset management frameworks.
Assist in designing operational workflows, reconciliation processes, and exception-handling controls.
Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on implementation and delivery activities.
Participate in testing, rollout, and operational readiness activities.
Support the ongoing enhancement and scalability of tokenisation platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in financial markets, risk management, or digital assets (e.g., CFA, FRM, or blockchain-related certifications) are an advantage.
6–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Treasury & Markets
- Transaction Banking
- Technology or digital transformation
- Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory functions
Experience working on cross-functional initiatives within financial institutions.
Experience in enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or financial systems integration.
Good understanding of:
- API and system integration
- Distributed systems and/or DLT-related technologies
- Custody and wallet management concepts
- Operational and reconciliation processes
Experience working with banking platforms, payment systems, or treasury infrastructure.
Exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, payments, or DLT-related initiatives is an advantage.
