- Build scalable HR processes, policies, and employee experience programs to support rapid business growth.
- Leverage people analytics and collaborate with leadership to enable informed talent and organizational decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA with 8-12 years of experience across HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in high-growth startup or product-led organizations.
- Proven track record of scaling organizations and building people practices through rapid growth.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner closely with founders and business leaders.
