Associate Director, Information Technology
Responsibilities:
Manage the development, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, systems and network security.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices
Recommend new technologies to implement viable business solutions
Effectively manage the IT solutions/deliverables and SLAs with vendors
Ensure smooth daily IT operations
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget
Perform the role of Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance to PDPA
Support Management Committee, Sub-Committee(s), Panel(s) and Task Force(s) as may be assigned
Any other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
Degree from a recognized university in Information Technology or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial position.
Well versed with various aspects of Information Technology Systems.
Preferably with experience in Digital Transformation such as RPA projects and consumer mobile applications.
Proficient in the administration of servers (Microsoft and Exchange servers) and MS applications.
Possess good initiative, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently
