JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Director, Landscape Architecture provides strategic leadership in design excellence, concept development, technical rigour and project delivery. The role oversees the creative direction of major landscape projects, manages client relationships and ensures alignment with best practices, sustainability and regulatory requirements.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership in landscape projects, design strategies and project visioning, design bids.

• Oversee detailed design, construction documentation, specifications and quality standards.

• Engage with clients, authorities and stakeholders to present proposals and resolve issues.

• Review complex landscape details, planting strategies and technical solutions.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs including arborists, civil engineers and environmental specialists. • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation and timelines.

• Mentor senior associates, landscape architects and junior designers to enhance team capability.

• Contribute to innovation, sustainability frameworks and design thought leadership.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture recognised by national professional association(s).

• 15+ years of landscape architecture experience with strong project leadership.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale landscape, public realm or master planning projects, including integrated mix-use developments, hospitality, healthcare, offices and retail typology

• Strong in communication, stakeholder engagement and design and team leadership skills.
