| | - To play an active and integral role in developing FI syndicated loan strategy across clients in Asia, GCC, CIS & Africa in conjunction with FI coverage and IB Origination teams
- To manage with complete ownership market checks, bookrunning and selectively execution of FI syndicated loan transactions in coordinator with the Direct Supervisor
- To broaden relevant investor coverage for syndicated loans (in both primary & secondary markets)
- To assist Direct Supervisor in arriving at decisions on transactions underwritten by Mashreq
Develop and maintain investor coverage across regions including Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia to efficiently sell FI syndicated loan transactions originated by Mashreqbank in primary as well as secondary markets Work with FI coverage & IB Origination teams to develop FI syndicated loan strategy Work with origination team to price and structure loan transactions in line with market conditions in consultation with Direct Supervisor Develop and recommend syndication strategy to successfully syndicate FI loans arranged by Mashreq across Asia, GCC, CIS & Africa Prepare underwriting memo and liquidity analysis for any underwritten transactions in consultation with Direct Supervisor Work on Information pack and undertake bookrunning exercise for FI syndicated loan transactions arranged by Mashreq Execute selective FI syndicated loan documentation for transactions led solely by Mashreq Continuously engage with counter-parties to provide market knowledge to internal stake holders including providing market checks, pricing trends and update on market appetite for new transactions under discussion

| | This is part of the Loan product platform, with a focus on exposure management for the entire Wholesale Bank Requirement of significantly advanced level of multiple skill sets, namely, relationship management, strong understanding of credit across diverse markets with the twin ability to articulate the credit story, ability to identify market trends while remaining focused on the commercial aspect of generating FEE revenue on potential transactions Strong networking skills with banks and other investors in syndicated loans - Joint responsibility for developing sustainable and profitable counter-party relationships with investors across markets
- Required to operate under a dynamic environment, with competition coming in from international financial institutions and big regional banks.
- She/ He shall liaise with her/his superiors, and peers, both inside the Investment Banking team and outside of it with, credit risk managers and relationship managers on the FI coverage team.
Take business decisions in a dynamic environment after acquiring a clear understanding of prevailing market conditions and competition in key markets Volunteer solutions or recommendations to improve product offering and client experience In addition to possessing the necessary product skill set described in 8 below, the incumbent needs to have a high degree of maturity in handling critical discussions with clients, internal stakeholders and investors
