- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for financial services clients, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations.

- Design and implement process excellence frameworks to streamline banking operations, reducing cycle times and enhancing service delivery quality.

- Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and change management protocols to ensure seamless organizational adoption.

- Conduct rigorous business and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost-saving levers, and risk exposure areas for institutional clients.

- Facilitate client engagement at the CXO level, translating complex technical requirements into clear, value-driven strategic roadmaps.
