💼 Permanent | Senior Marketing Role
We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive the brand and commercial strategy for a premium lifestyle hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall brand strategy, marketing calendar and commercial campaigns.
- Drive F&B revenue, reservations, visitation and guest engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, CRM and paid media.
- Develop events, lifestyle partnerships, collaborations and brand activations.
- Lead the marketing team and partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage and Creative teams.

Key Requirements
- 7–10 years' experience in brand, marketing or commercial leadership.
- Strong background in hospitality, F&B, hotels, lifestyle, consumer or luxury brands.
- Proven experience across digital marketing, PR, partnerships, events and integrated campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset — able to translate marketing strategy into measurable revenue/business results.
- Previous experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, lifestyle, guest experience and brand positioning.
