Associate Director Medical Affairs (Breast cancer & Diagnosis)

1. Develop and execute product/therapeutic area medical strategy/tactics in alignment with Taiwan local business includes but no limit to data generation strategy and MAP (medical access program), publication, MA events etc.
2. Key External Experts development: align with Daiichi Sankyo business; effectiveness at disseminating and communicating scientific/medical information to KEEs & leveraging KEE/TL relationships to support medical affair strategies.
3. Recruiting & developing talents and ensure the quality of works (meet internal SOPs, COP, regulations and other applicable rules)
4. Effective interaction with cross-functional teams e.g., business department, regional and global team.
5. Other assignments from MA leaders.
