What you’ll do…

Support the Director of Sales in executing the hotel's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all market segments while ensuring sales targets and business objectives are achieved.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue and market share.
Manage a portfolio of key corporate, leisure, MICE and agency accounts, leading account management activities, contract negotiations and rate discussions.
Assist in preparing and implementing sales action plans, analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure pricing strategies, promotions and sales activities are aligned to optimise hotel performance.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR and Operations teams to develop integrated campaigns and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

5+ years’ experience with minimum 1+ years in a similar role.
