Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 15,000 per month
About the role
Drive business development, revenue growth and new client acquisition as an Associate Director in Technology Advisory, leading Microsoft Solutions consulting and sales engagements with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
Drive business development, revenue growth and new client acquisition
Lead Microsoft Solutions consulting and sales engagements with mid-market and enterprise clients
Develop proposals, manage sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Identify market opportunities and develop new service offerings
About you
Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience with a proven sales track record in Microsoft Solutions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (particularly Finance & Operations), Azure Cloud, Power Platform and Power BI
Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Degree in IT, Business, Accounting/Finance, Marketing or related discipline
Strong business development, stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem is advantageous
