- Build QSP platform models
- Conduct translational PK/PD analyses
- Create toxicology models
- Design and analyze preclinical PK/PD experiments
- Develop and execute MIDD strategies
- Develop modeling toolboxes
- Estimate therapeutic index
- Implement modeling and simulation platforms
- Perform human PK predictions
- Perform quantitative DDI predictions
- Prepare regulatory documentation
- Present analysis outcomes to cross functional teams
- Supervise TQP projects and CROs
- Support FIH dose estimation
