Associate Director

AI Delivery Leadership Role

We are seeking experienced AI delivery leaders to drive customer-facing AI transformation and AI-native engineering engagements from strategy to production.

The role requires a blend of delivery ownership, technical expertise, customer leadership, and team management to translate business goals into roadmaps, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end AI delivery, from planning and development to deployment and production support.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, priorities, resource plans, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead AI-native engineering practices, including GenAI, agentic AI, AI-assisted development, and automation.
• Manage customer relationships, senior stakeholders, delivery risks, and expectations.
• Guide technical decisions across software engineering, data, ML, and AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Support discovery, PoCs, solution validation, estimation, and pre-sales activities.

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in customer-facing technology delivery and leadership.
• Technical foundation in software engineering, ML, GenAI, or AI engineering.
• Exposure to GenAI, agentic AI, AI frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience managing AI solution delivery from roadmap through production.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
