Summary
This pivotal leadership role is dedicated to driving the strategic vision and execution of cloud security initiatives within the IT Services sector. The successful candidate will serve as a key architect for enterprise-wide security governance, ensuring robust risk remediation strategies are implemented across complex cloud environments. As a senior leader, this position is critical for overseeing the deployment and optimization of Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP), specifically leveraging Wiz technology to fortify the organization's digital infrastructure against emerging threats. The role demands a blend of deep technical expertise and exceptional leadership capabilities to guide teams and align security objectives with broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive cloud security governance frameworks while leading proactive risk mitigation and remediation efforts.
- Design and oversee enterprise-level security architectures that ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance across multi-cloud ecosystems.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to security teams, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared security outcomes.
- Spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale CNAPP implementations, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Lead hands-on initiatives focused on the deployment, configuration, and continuous optimization of Wiz solutions within production environments.
- Identify, assess, and resolve cloud vulnerabilities and configuration errors to maintain a secure posture and minimize the attack surface.
Requirements

- Proven expertise in cloud security governance, risk management, and the execution of remediation strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise security architectures.
- Strong background in team leadership, including the ability to manage diverse groups and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale CNAPP projects from conception to production.
- Mandatory, hands-on technical experience with CNAPP solutions, with specific and advanced proficiency in Wiz platform implementation and administration.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Wiz deployments and maintaining stability in live production environments.
- Skilled in the detection, analysis, and correction of cloud vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
