Associate, Distribution Compensation & Analytics (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Associate, Distribution Compensation & Analytics to support our Client's Business Development function through sales reporting, compensation administration, business analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Compensation & Sales Reporting

• Prepare and manage regular sales performance reports, including Annual Awards, MDRT qualification, Gross Revenue, financing schemes, and incentive eligibility.
• Administer the annual MDRT registration and certification process.
• Maintain financing scheme records and provide monthly updates to representatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation, record management, and electronic filing of Business Development reports and agreements.
• Extract, validate, and analyze sales and compensation data for recurring reporting.
• Monitor distribution structure movements to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate quarterly ICCSC monitoring and reporting.

Business Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Develop and enhance management reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Analyze sales KPIs, production trends, and distribution performance to generate actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Business Development initiatives.
• Design customized reports to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and user experience.

Agency Compensation

• Administer and oversee compensation reporting for the distribution network.
• Support budgeting, payment processing, expense monitoring, and financial analysis related to agency compensation.
• Partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate compensation payments.
• Respond to enquiries relating to financing schemes, incentive programs, and compensation reporting.

Process Improvement & Systems Support

• Drive reporting automation using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and other reporting tools.
• Review and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Support system testing, data validation, and reporting enhancements.
• Promote best practices in data governance and reporting standards.

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Distribution Support Unit, Partnerships, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support agency leaders and representatives on reporting and compensation-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support Fit & Proper assessment requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Min. Bachelor's Degree with 3~5 years of experience in business reporting, sales analytics, and management reporting related field.
• Understanding of life insurance distribution structures, agency compensation, and financing schemes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
