About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate EasiPay Consultant to join our Auckland-based Managed Payroll team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, administration, or payroll experience who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.

You'll support clients using our EasiPay payroll solution, helping deliver accurate payroll outcomes while building your technical and payroll expertise in a supportive team environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Gaunt Street office in Auckland. To support onboarding and training, you'll work from the office five days per week for approximately the first six months. Once fully trained, you'll transition to a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the office.

Please note that we are only able to consider New Zealand citizens and permanent residents for this opportunity.

What you'll do

At the moment, as an Associate EasiPay Consultant you will be focused on:

  • Supporting customers with payroll and system enquiries
  • Assisting with payroll processing and issue resolution
  • Investigating and troubleshooting payroll-related queries
  • Maintaining system and customer records
  • Building strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Supporting payroll system configuration and ongoing improvements
  • Working with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll processes and service standards

What you'll bring

Required experience:

  • Experience in customer service, payroll, administration, or software support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office
  • New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency

Nice to have:

  • Payroll or HRIS system experience
  • Knowledge of New Zealand payroll practices
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications
  • Relevant payroll, business, or accounting qualifications
