Job Title: Associate Engineer, AI Application Development

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications and features.
Implement and integrate machine learning models into production systems under guidance from senior engineers.
Develop backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of AI applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software engineering and AI application development.
Document technical designs, implementation details, and usage guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Solid programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, or C++.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with common AI/ML frameworks or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with software development fundamentals, including version control (e.g., Git) and debugging.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Hands‑on experience developing or deploying AI or machine learning applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container technologies such as Docker.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, or web application development.
Understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, and basic MLOps concepts.
Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data processing frameworks.
Internship or project experience related to AI, data science, or software engineering.
Strong interest in applied AI and real-world problem solving.
