Associate Engineer, Process
Summary
Assists process engineers in semiconductor manufacturing by setting up recipes, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining production line integrity in a factory setting.
Responsibilities
Assist Process Engineers in:
- Process recipe setup and qualification for production
- Process monitoring and improvement.
- Troubleshoot process-related issue.
- Perform on hold lot disposition and Special Work Request execution
- Execute OCAP and perform rework & process recovery on trouble material
- Assist engineering data collection
- Other ad-hoc activities.
Support production line by:
- Ensuring that process integrity for machines is in place for production.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area,
- Co-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent .
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience as in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Preferably 2 years of process experience in either Wet, PVD, Lithography or AOI.
- Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, and flexible to work under various shift patterns.
