Associate Engineering Manager - Savings & Investments

Satispay is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager for Savings & Investments. You will lead a consumer-oriented squad of 3–5 engineers, drive delivery, and grow the team while aligning with product goals in a fintech context.

Your technical background supports architectural discussions with senior engineers, while you empower your team to ship high-quality features in a regulated environment.

Lead and grow a consumer-oriented squad of 3-5 engineers. Mentor team members through regular feedback and reviews. Translate product goals into a technical roadmap and delivery plan. Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders. Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership. Engineering leadership experience in backend teams. Strong people and mentorship skills. Robust backend engineering and cloud architecture knowledge. Experience with distributed systems and APIs. Proven delivery ownership in agile environments. Excellent English communication with stakeholders.
