RESPONSIBILITIES
You will oversee the daily operations of a food truck which includes orders' taking, preparation and serving of food as well as cashiering duties. You will be responsible for proper kitchen housekeeping and compliance to health codes and sanitation standards. You will also handle inventory management including purchasing of supplies and receiving deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum GCE ‘O' Level
- 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in major tourist attraction or related industry will be an advantage
- Friendly and service oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
