Associate Facilitator, Simulator Department (Full Time/Part Time)

As a Part Time Associate Facilitator in the Simulator Department, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Simulator Training department of ComfortDelGro Driving Centre which plays a key role in helping learner motorists better prepare for various road situations, and to inculcate good and safe driving habits. This includes:

• Facilitating Simulator Training lessons via operations of the simulator machines.

• Coordinating the allocation of simulator machines to learners.

• Conducting briefings to learners before the start of each training session.

• Launching training modules/exercises of the simulator machines in a timely manner.

• Answering learners' queries, handling feedback and providing guidance where needed.

• Performing regular maintenance/upkeeping checks on the simulator machines in accordance with schedule.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Simulator Training room and simulator machines, including carrying out disinfection works after the end of every training session.

• Any other relatable duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Possess at least one class of a valid Qualified Driving License (QDL).

• Minimum 'N' levels.

• Basic driving/riding skills and knowledge.

• Good working competency of the English Language (Reading, Writing and Speaking).

• Preferably bilingual to communicate with diverse group of learners.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as customer-oriented.

• Basic computer skills for this position is required in order to operate the simulator machines.

Working Schedule:

Full Time – 6 days work week, Rotating between Week 1 and Week

Week 1

• Monday to Saturday – 7am to 3pm

• Sunday – Rest

Week 2

• Monday to Friday – 3pm to 11pm

• Saturday – Rest

• Sunday – 7am to 3pm

Part Time - minimally 2-day work week

• Able to support weekends
