Associate Field Clinical Liaison
Summary
Field-based clinical liaison supporting orthodontists and dentists in Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria with case troubleshooting, education, and product feedback for Align Technology’s dental products.
The role includes interaction with orthodontists and general dentists on:
- Case-specific issues
- ClinCheck quality
- Clinical troubleshooting
- Clinical education
- Support for education events
Territory
Assigned customers in:
- Morocco
- Tunisia
- Algeria
- Provide clinical support to orthodontists and general dentists regarding case assessment, treatment evaluation, ClinCheck support, and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and analyse clinical inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
- Drive clinical confidence through targeted educational programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Provide input to Research & Development to improve products and services.
- Investigate product safety incidents and report them in CRM systems.
- Deliver certification and education programs and conduct deep-dive office visits.
- Manage speakers and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French; good English mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing international environment.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to travel independently for field visits at least 70% of the time.
