Associate Fund Marketing & Distribution

You will manage end-to-end marketing registrations and third-party distributor oversight across multiple fund vehicles and jurisdictions. You will maintain regulatory records, coordinate with counsel and internal stakeholders, monitor compliance, improve processes through automation and data centralisation, and build reporting and dashboards for business partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage global marketing registrations across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and evergreen fund vehicles.
• Ensure timely compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain a centralised registry of marketing registration statuses and resolve compliance issues.
• Coordinate with local counsel and external advisors on fund registrations.
• Lead due diligence assessments of third-party distributors and sub-distributors using the UME tool.
• Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring of distributor relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders on distributor classification and sign-offs.
• Drive process automation and data centralisation initiatives with IT and business functions.
• Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for marketing and distributor data.
• Implement a single source of truth for marketing and distributor data.
• Escalate complex compliance and policy questions to senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in fund marketing registrations, distribution oversight, or a related asset-management field.
• Experience driving and implementing process improvements, including technology or automation solutions.
• Knowledge of fund structures, distribution channels, and institutional, private wealth, and retail investor types.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complex multi-workstream projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with data management systems, business intelligence tools, or automation platforms.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance, including AIFMD, MiFID II, CSSF regulations, and marketing frameworks.
• Experience with UME or equivalent distributor due diligence platforms.
• Knowledge of evergreen fund structures and distribution requirements.
