Associate General Counsel, Infrastructure & Telecom

Meta seeks a commercial transactions lawyer who can effectively prioritize and manage work in a dynamic environment and can drive the execution of contracts to support the network infrastructure team in the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will handle negotiations for the build out and operation of infrastructure that is critical to Meta's services, business, and AI aspirations. You will work closely with legal colleagues from various areas, tax, finance, and other teams to ensure our contracts are well-calibrated across relevant areas of risk and are reflective of the company's policies and risk tolerance. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage competing priorities, have experience communicating complex legal and business matters clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be an effective negotiator.
