The Job:
Essential Functions:
- Support grant prospecting, proposal development, submission, and post-award reporting throughout the grant lifecycle.
- Leads writing, editing, and submission of proposals assigned by the CPO.
- Update grant proposal and report templates, and develop data visualizations, including charts and graphs, to strengthen grant narratives.
- Prepare funder correspondence, including acknowledgment letters, progress updates, and other communications, using approved templates.
- Identify and research grant opportunities that support the CCS mission and funding needs and prepare profiles and briefings for the Grants Team monthly.
- Track grant deadlines for annual reapplications and new opportunities approved for application.
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant on logistics for grant site visits as needed.
- Support Philanthropy Department fundraising events and support communications efforts, with a focus on written content, such as data for appeals, client vignettes, etc.
