We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, Ohio.
Associate Graphic Designer
- Design and develop artwork for flare cards, promotional items, catalogs, web store content, print materials, and digital marketing assets.
- Create visually compelling materials that support merchandising initiatives, product launches, and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and files while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Assist with product naming, promotional messaging, and other creative content as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital design assets while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to life.
- Play a key role in helping communicate our products and mission to customers across the country.
