1. Monitor the FRM alert on 24/7 basis
2. work with Business/ IT application team and integrate new channels and payment platforms for FRM monitoring
3.Research and Develop FRM rules based on the latest fraud activities and fine tune them periodically to improve its effectiveness
4. MHA compliant mresponse and tracking for remediation
5. New account monitoring and alerting
6. Conduct periodic cyber and fraud related awareness to customers

1. Manage fraud risk management team members
2. Recruit , lead, mentor and retain a team of information/cyber security professionals
3. Set objective and goals for the next level team members
4. Periodically assess the performance and conduct appraisal
5. Provide timely feedback on team performance
6. Mentor team members to excel in their role

Experience Range : 15 to 20 Years

Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
