Associate Head - Manufacturing Excellence
· Identify
process inefficiencies and lead improvement projects to reduce waste, cycle
time, defects, and costs
· Drive
standardisation of processes and best practices across plants
· Deployment
of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing
sites
· Partner with Manufacturing and
Quality Heads to analyse operational data, performance metrics, and trends to
identify improvement opportunities
· Support
achievement of annual operational targets and strategic objectives
· Initiate
value stream mapping and kaizen
· Support
implementation and optimization of manufacturing systems (MES and digital
tools)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering (Mechanical / ECE/EEE /Industrial / Manufacturing or equivalent)
- 15–20 years of manufacturing
or operations experience
- Strong hands-on experience
in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder
management and communication abilities
- Hands-on leadership style
with strong shop-floor presence
- Data-driven decision making
- Change management and
coaching skills
