The associate human resource in a healthcare setting supports the HR department in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations while aligning with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Records & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and internal policies.
Training & Development:
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.
- Track employee certifications and continuing education requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Address HR-related queries and escalate complex issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
HR Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
