Associate Human Resources Specialist

The Associate Human Resources Specialist supports the local HR team with HR administration and programs in place.

Responsibilities:

• Support general HR administration including preparation of employee documents and Onboarding paperwork
  Support the Administration of employee benefits
• Employee support, by answering HR-related requests and standard questions about onboarding, and document processing
• Updating and maintenance of HCM system, HR files and HR SharePoint page
• Support of HR reporting and annual audits
• Support the organization of Employee morale activities, like appreciation lunch, employee events etc.
• Oversee HR calendar of events
• Assist in updating company policies
• Other duties as assigned
