We are looking to recruit an Associate in Human Resources Management who values the opportunity to work from home and grow in their career.

Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

Qualifications & Skills

Outstanding communication skills in spoken and written English
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Comfortable with online research and self-directed learning
A diploma in IT (required)
A diploma in HR (optional, but an advantage)
Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law is an added advantage
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Pleasant, team-oriented attitude
Able to read, understand, and execute defined processes
Excellent command of English is a must
Outside-the-box thinker
Age preference: candidates below 32 years.

Work Hours & Expectations

Working 8 hours a day is a must. The schedule is decided based on the role and company policies.
Working hours should consist of 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night (non-negotiable).
Additional hours may be required occasionally based on business needs.
We expect 100% commitment to completing your work on time.
