Associate Index Fulfillment

You will support client data implementation projects by gathering requirements, executing data workstream tasks, mapping and normalizing data, onboarding data through standard interfaces, configuring analytics workflows, validating and reconciling data, supporting testing and issue resolution, documenting requirements and findings, preparing client documentation, and improving onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering, scope clarification, and project planning
  • Execute assigned data workstream tasks and track project milestones
  • Collaborate with client investment, technology, and data teams
  • Apply Aladdin data conventions and target-state workflows
  • Onboard client data using standard interfaces and configurable tools
  • Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics workflows
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Investigate data issues and support their resolution
  • Document client requirements and translate them into clear technical inputs
  • Execute UAT test cases and document findings
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing documentation
  • Support the transition of clients into production support
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, technology, or engineering
  • 4+ years of experience as an investment or data technology implementation specialist or in a directly relevant user, development, service, or operations role
  • Familiarity with investment data and analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on high-quality delivery
  • Ability to work with clients and partners at all business levels
  • Experience handling and completing large and complex projects
  • Critical thinking and experience using technology to solve problems at scale
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Python, or Java is a plus
